Interesting and Obsolete Safety Razors

Here are a few interesting and obsolete safety razors I accumulated over the last few weeks.

Sears Roebuck, Ever-Ready Safety Razor
Vintage Ever-Ready safety razor with Compliments of Sears Roebuck and Co. / The Worlds Largest Store on the top of the flip open blade holder, marked Ever-Ready / Bklyn, N.Y. / Pat. App’d For inside. Uses regular single edge razor blades. SOLD


Shermac Ladies Safety Razor
Vintage Shermac ladies underarm razor, has green marblized handle and uses round blade. Don’t know if these blades are available, but checking around.


Adelene Safety Razor
Vintage Adelene safety razor, made by Hode’s - Hyman Specialty Co. Fremont, Ohio. They were used as an advertising promotion, given away with a box advertising a customers company. Early 1900’s era. Not sure what type blade fit but researching as you read. Nice addition to your vintage razor collection.


Penn Single Edge Safety Razor
Vintage Penn single edge safety razor, early 1920’s. Manufactured by A. C. Penn, Inc. Singer Bldg., New York, NY. Twist bottom of handle and blade holder opens slightly to replace blade. Uses a thin single edge blade 5/32 x 1-1/2 inches. Great addition to your safety razor collection.


Kriss Kross Safety Razor, Rhodes
Vintage Kriss Kross safety razor, made by Rhodes Mfg. St Louis, Mo. Head tilts from side to side. Pat. July 13, 1926. Uses a thin single edge blade about 7/16 x 1-1/2 inches. If anybody knows a source for these blades please let me know.
